Rental Rates

• $250 minimum rental fee for 3 or 4 hours

• $50 per additional hour after the 4th hour

• All decorating and clean-up must occur during your reserved rental time

• Payment Policy

  • A $100 non-refundable 1st payment is required to reserve and hold your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to your event.

  • The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file used at the time of reservation.

Separate Rental Notice

Herndon Station is a separate rental from The Barn at Big Oak.
If you have reserved The Barn at Big Oak and wish to use Herndon Station, a separate rental agreement and fee are required.

Herndon Station is located on property adjoining The Barn at Big Oak. Rental of Herndon Station does not include access to The Barn at Big Oak. Entry into, use of, or interference with The Barn at Big Oak is strictly prohibited unless a separate rental agreement has been executed.
