Wedding Package A

  • Exclusive use of the entire estate.

  • The full estate includes: The Barn, The Cabin/Bridal Suite (day of your wedding), The Groom Suite, Catering Kitchen, The Big Oak Tree, Pavilion, and Chapel.

  • The entire weekend is dedicated to making your wedding/event special. Therefore, you will have access to the property on Friday 12PM - 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 10 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM-11 AM.

  • Reception chairs (170), tables (20 rectangle & 6 round), benches located at the oak tree (22), ivory table linens, 2 decorative whiskey barrels, a vintage wagon, wedding doors, and farm tables

  • Onsite parking.

  • Use of property for engagement photos

  • $5000

  • $500 deposit to hold your date with the remaining balance due 90 days before your wedding.

Weekday Package B

  • Exclusive use of the entire estate. The entire estate includes The Barn, The Cabin/Bridal Suite (day of your wedding), The Groom Suite, Catering Kitchen, The Big Oak Tree, Pavilion, and Chapel.

  • Only available Sunday-Wednesday (Excluding Holidays)

  • The day is dedicated to making your wedding/event special. Therefore, you will have access to the property from 12 PM - 8 PM.

  • Reception chairs (170), tables (20 rectangle & 6 round), benches located at the oak tree (22), ivory table linens.

  • Onsite parking.

  • Use of property for engagement photos

  • $4000

  • $500 deposit to hold your date with the remaining balance due 90 days before your wedding.
